A strong sales leader is required to build on existing relationships with key retailers and distributors in Europe. This is a highly autonomous role with significant long term career opportunities.
- Shape and deliver strategic sales plans to drive profitable growth across Europe. Build in markets where full potential has not yet been realised.
- Lead channel development activity with direct, hands-on responsibility for key accounts. Develop and optimise strong distributor network.
- Autonomy to perform and become leading player in the sector – drive product and market direction.
- An entrepreneurial sales leader of the highest calibre with an excellent understanding of the European Housewares market and a keen eye for style.
- Experienced working with sales agents, distributors and retailers across European territories. Solid grasp of marketing and able to shape product development plans.
- Internationally minded; fluent English required and other language skills highly desirable. Highly effective communicator who is a team player, passionate and driven.
