Description

This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the success of a multi-billion dollar organisation. In this newly created, high profile position, you will lead the development of all the global key accounts in their biggest division.  The business is highly profitable and is growing both organically and by acquisition.

You will have responsibility for delivering improved profitability leading a diverse and extensive team of international sales professionals.

Candidates will have a strong record of achievement at a senior level in B2B Key Account sales, with a record of  developing and implementing strategy, performance management, team leadership, coaching and mentoring. Extensive international experience will be required to meet this demanding and exciting new role.

Location is flexible but significant travel is expected, so proximity to an airport is ideal.

A very attractive salary and package is on offer, which will include performance related bonuses and the usual executive benefits.
