Our experienced consultants meet with the client to help refine the brief and to build a deep understanding of the organisation and its culture. Our research team then identifies target organisations and analyses our own extensive database of known contacts to create a unique selection of potential candidates.


Our consultants will discreetly approach the strongest individuals, honestly representing the role and probing for interest. Each potential candidate will be pre-vetted and only the strongest candidates will be put forward. A concise and insightful summary of each candidate is shared with the client for consideration.


We always interview shortlisted candidates, and are more than willing to attend and support our clients’ interviews. Once the favoured candidate is chosen, Hanover Fox is on hand to help negotiate an appropriate package, complete rigorous due diligence and secure the appointment.
