Phil de Glanville

Phil’s wide career has covered the commercial, public and education sectors, having worked for Xansa, Nutricia/Cow & Gate, Sport England and Hartpury College.

He has been in relationship management, business development, and sales and marketing roles in manufacturing especially, as well as Director roles more recently. He has extensive business relationships through his profile as a former England rugby player, which he has been leveraging as an experienced Executive Search consultant . He understands the importance of leadership and building effective teams in an organisation from both his high level sporting and business career.

Phil was also a professional rugby union player and captained England and Bath during his playing career in the 1990’s. He is currently on the main board at the Rugby Football Union (RFU) He was educated at Durham and Oxford Universities, with an Economics and Politics degree.
