Isabelle Ridgwell

Isabelle has extensive experience assessing senior level candidates for roles across a range of sectors and functions.  She works with clients in commercial and international businesses, not for profit organisations and charities.

Starting her career as an Executive Selection Consultant at Coopers & Lybrand Deloitte (now PwC), Isabelle gained a thorough understanding of recruitment. She subsequently specialised in psychometric assessment and leadership profiling, whilst also focussing on the interpersonal dynamics within teams.  Over the past 20 years Isabelle has worked on behalf of a range of Executive Search firms, including Whitehead Mann and Korn Ferry.  She is also qualified to administer and interpret a wide range of cognitive ability tests and personality questionnaires.  This combination of experience and expertise enables her to identify candidates who have the personality traits and behaviours which are critical for success in the target role.

Gaining insight into a candidate’s motivators and ensuring these are aligned with the values of the organisation is key to a successful hire.

Isabelle is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.  She has a BSc Psychology from UCL, MSc Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.  When away from her desk, she enjoys tennis, cooking and hill-walking.
