The company – a world leader in its field, manufacturing a range of niche industrial equipment – briefed Charles to find an accomplished leader to take responsibility for designing and leading new business development campaigns and creating leads in the Industrial, Mining and Environmental sectors.

Charles conducted a pan-European campaign, promoting the position in Sweden, Italy, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands. Following in-depth screening of candidates from all territories, the successful candidate – residing in Germany – was appointed.
