Iain Brockbank has a longstanding, trusted relationship with Icomera and successful searches include the placement of the Chief Commercial Officer based in Paris and System Architect in Gothenburg.

Most recently, Iain supported the search for a new MD of the design and engineering subsidiary DG8, based in Derby, UK.  The role required an exceptional blend of technical credibility, commercial and growth excellence, stakeholder engagement skills across a large and complex group, and high EQ to shape change, growth and ongoing integration.

A diverse shortlist was presented resulting in Ben Dunlop’s successful appointment in 2026.
