Isabelle has extensive experience providing independent assessment of senior executive candidates. Operating across a range of sectors and functions, she works with clients in commercial and international businesses, not for profit organisations and charities.
She is qualified to British Psychological Society levels A and B in psychometric testing, and is able to administer, interpret and recommend a wide range of ability tests and personality profiles.
Starting her career as an Executive Selection Consultant at Coopers & Lybrand Deloitte (now PwC), Isabelle gained a thorough understanding of recruitment. She then specialised as a Chartered Psychologist and over the past 20 years has worked both on behalf of a number of major Executive Search firms, and directly for her own clients. As an independent advisor, clients can rely on her to be objective and unbiased. The onus is on Isabelle to identify and verify underlying personality traits and behaviours which meet the role specifications and differentiate between those who can do the job and those who will thrive in the role, complement and inspire others.
Gaining insight into a candidate’s motivators and ensuring these are aligned with the values of the organisation is key to a successful hire.
Isabelle has a degree in Psychology from UCL, a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. When away from her desk, she likes to be out in the fresh air, taking the family dog on muddy walks, playing tennis or supporting the team at Tetbury rugby.
