Charlie Holroyde

Following a degree in Rural Estate Management, Charlie began his career at Cluttons where he trained as a Surveyor and worked on a number of diverse and technically challenging Estates whose commercial enterprises included residential and commercial properties, agribusiness operations as well as leisure and sporting interests.

His growing interest in commercial property then led him to Macdonald & Company where he spent seventeen years delivering value to clients across the full spectrum of commercial real estate including family offices and property companies as well as developers, retailers and institutional investors.

Charlie’s insights, understanding and network across a broad range of stakeholders in the property sector are highly regarded and he has joined Hanover Fox International with the clear objective to develop the firm’s business in this practice area.

Individuals are the most important asset to any business. Our objective is to ensure not only a matching of abilities but also an alignment of personalities and aspirations. Achieving this and seeing individuals flourish in their new role is both highly motivating and ultimately extremely rewarding.

Charlie was born in Hong Kong and spent the early part of his life growing up both there and in the Middle East. He is passionate about country sports and enjoys collecting wine as well as undertaking various challenges to raise money for good causes.
