Hanover Fox International’s highly experienced consultants work in close partnership with our clients to identify and then present the very highest calibre candidates.
The consultant who attends the client briefing takes ownership of the assignment from start to finish. Our consultant refines the search strategy, directs the search process and will source and interview all relevant candidates, communicating with the client very regularly throughout the process. Consultants will assess potential candidates’ suitability, including cultural fit, and take out initial references.
Our consultant may then advise the client on the interview process including, where appropriate, psychological analysis, and facilitates between the client and candidates throughout. We will assist our client in negotiating an offer with the preferred candidate as well as carrying out a full due diligence process.
Whilst each of our consultants has specialist sector experience, they are also comfortable working across other industry sectors.
