Hanover Fox International was formed in 1996 by three partners, each an experienced executive search consultant, who continue to be actively involved in the business on a day-to-day basis. The original aim was to offer clients an individually tailored solution to their recruitment requirements and to work in partnership with them in a professional, creative and business-enhancing style. Hanover Fox International remains true to this goal today and is driven by an underlying focus on quality rather than appetite for scale.
