Due Diligence
Hanover Fox International places considerable weight on thorough and detailed due diligence, both as part of our own full recruitment assignments, and also on behalf of other recruiters. These include corporate clients and private equity houses who may need to check the bona fides and verify the true merits of those they are considering for their teams.
In the recruitment process, this comprises:
- Full qualification checks made on all shortlisted candidates
- Searching interview and verification techniques to 'read between the lines' of cvs
- In-depth references on candidates' past track records
- Psychometric evaluation where required
